The ceremony starts at 5pm and reception at 7pm… other than that you can just do your own thing or come hang out with us. The outline of the wedding weekend:
Friday Night – Check out Woodland Center to plan decoration and set-up
Saturday Morning – Continental breakfast at the Black Bear Lodge
Saturday during the day – Preparations / set-up the reception area
Saturday evening – Meet at 4pm to get to the top of the natural bridge (for 5pm ceremony)
Sat Night - @ 7 reception starts at the Woodland Center, dinner is around ~ 7:30 pm
Sunday morning – Breakfast at the Black Bear Lodge
Note: There is no seating arrangement up on the natural bridge gazebo… ceremony will last ~ 20 minutes.
